Privacy Policy
The German version is legally binding. This translation is provided for convenience.
This privacy policy covers the Klar app and informs you, pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”), about the processing of personal data.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing in the app “Klar” is G&P Innovations GbR, Torstraße 105, 10119 Berlin, Germany, represented by its partners Ben Grunden and Mark-Michael Portnow.

2. Data processed by the app
Klar works without a user account. The supplements you add, your intake schedule and your intake history are stored locally on your device only and are not transmitted to us or to third parties.
Reminders are delivered via local notifications on your device. Notification permission is requested once and can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.
3. Diagnostics via Apple
If you have enabled “Share with App Developers” in your iOS settings, Apple may provide us with anonymised crash reports and usage statistics. These cannot be linked to you by us. You can disable this at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions, if offered, are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store). We do not receive your payment details. Apple’s privacy policy applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
5. Children
The app is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, contact kontakt@gp-innovations.de.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.
Please note that we store no personal data about you and are therefore unable to provide information about, rectify or erase your content. That content is directly at your own disposal, within the app and through your device’s system settings.
7. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page.
